Jo Skinner
Jo Skinner has served as the Children’s Ministry Chair since March of 2022. She works full time as a Family Nurse Practitioner for Ascension St Vincent in Indianapolis. Jo and her husband, Bob, have been married for 24 years and we have two wonderful sons, Andrew (22) and Nathan (19). Jo and her family moved to Pittsboro from Indianapolis in 2011 and joined the PUMC family in 2012. Her hobbies include cooking, crafts, board games, reading and hiking. She enjoys watching football, hockey and soccer with her favorite teams being Tri West, Colts, Penguins, Fuel and Purdue. Jo’s favorite board game is Settlers of Catan and her favorite card game is Euchre. A few of my favorite authors include: James Patterson, Patricia Cornwell and Janet Evanovich.
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

Amy Mohney
Amy began as the Outreach Team leader in 2022. She is devoted to helping others and loves to give back to her community. She is dedicated to the Outreach team and involved in organizing activities such as our Lenten Ministry, Fourth of July bottled water hand out, Back to School Block party, National Night Out, the Pay It Forward Campaign, as well the Item of the Month and Monthly suggestions for Random Acts of Kindness. Amy has a passion for others enjoys working with various organizations to help our community.

Jenny Roseboom
Jenny Roseboom has been the Trustee Chair since 2018, managing the upkeep of the church facilities and grounds. She is also a member of the Church Choir.
Jenny works full time at the VA Medical Center as a pharmacy technician. She is a mother and Nana to two beautiful girls, and has been with her husband for nearly a decade.

Joanna Nunley
Joanna Nunley is the music director at PUMC as well as a math teacher at Ben Davis High School. She has taught for twelve years and enjoys helping students discover their strengths and encouraging them to reach their full potential. She has been involved in music ministry at PUMC since 2008 and enjoys working with all those involved. She completed her undergraduate studies at University of Indianapolis and has masters degrees in music from Butler University and educational leadership from UIndy. Her biggest passion in life is playing the piano. She has played since she was five years old and couldn’t imagine life without it. She is grateful that she has many opportunities at PUMC to share this gift. Reach out to her if interested in participating in one of the many opportunities with music ministries at PUMC.

Julie Mardis
Julie has been employed at PUMC since 1993; during this time she has had the privilege to minister with 6 kind-hearted and hard-working pastors from the Indiana Conference. Julie, her husband, and two children have been members of PUMC for many years. Her children attended preschool, mission trips, and many other volunteer activities. They were also very active in the PUMC youth group. Julie enjoy singing in the church choir, camping with the family, and loves gardening at home.

Rev. William G. Nickrand
Pastor William, an ordained Elder in the Indiana Conference of the United Methodist church, was appointed to Pittsboro U.M.C. in the summer of 2018. He has faithfully served several Indiana congregations since 2006. Pastor William strives to be a true servant leader through his leadership at the church and beyond. He is a community leader through his involvement with local schools, parks, Boy Scouts of America, and the Pittsboro Police Department. He is a hard worker, has a great amount of enthusiasm for ministry, and his passion for Jesus is simply contagious. He married his high school sweetheart and they have two beautiful children. For fun, he enjoys running, hiking, bicycling, racquetball, disc golf, traveling, and living out an active life.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
